The Internship

Often times being in a room full of professionals can be so intimidating, especially when you are an intern. Internship offers working experience and tests our abilities to finish the task that we are assigned, regardless of any level of skills. On my first day, I knew from the start that the real working environment could make me feel overwhelming, which it did. Just like everything else in life, there must be a first time and going into the office with little knowledge about how organisation works is definitely a challenge. Being an intern student who works for free, obviously doesn't have the big pay cheque as a motivation to work hard enough that you don't have to stare at the clock every 5 minutes.

To be able to become a successful internship, I have realised that there's no time to play around and bring up excuses. If becoming a 9-to-5 workaholic is part of the road that at the beginning, many woman-boss started off with, then taking a baby step and accept that feeling little is alright, could be a reality call for me. Every morning when a person wake up, the moment right after the first blank state after ones eyes open to the empty sealing followed the thought of being successful and cease the day. I always believe in faith and that it is important that in the beginning of the day we are faithful enough that we can do whatever our heart desire. setting a good thought first thing in the morning will keep you focus on your dream. In the lifetime, both young and old souls are fuelled with passions that keep those dream alive and hopeful. For human being, there will never be a time that we feel content once the dream is achieved because we will be hungry for many more new dreams. Because once a dreamer, always a dreamer.

But dream of being one of those successful girlbosses who run the world can't never be real without any effort. Even though things are always easier said than done and the world is full of the unexpected, having our eyes on the prize (dream) along with the to-do-list that should have a check mark at the end of the day is enough of an effort for beginner like me, who just started to learn more about putting both heart and soul in everything. At the end of the day, it always important to know that you have been devoted and done the best of your ability because you always have tomorrow to be more improved.
